• Billing and plan status. Payment details may be processed by payment providers, not stored directly by True Resume.

• Run AI features when you request them, such as review cards, job-post match checks, and rewrite suggestions.

When you run an AI feature, the resume content, selected text, and job post details needed for that request may be sent to AI service providers. AI output is a draft or suggestion. Nothing changes in your resume unless you apply it.

Do not add private, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information to a resume or job post unless you are comfortable using it inside the product.

• With service providers that help us run hosting, storage, authentication, AI, analytics, payments, support, and security.
• When required by law, legal process, security, fraud prevention, or to protect rights and safety.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for resume data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so use care when adding highly sensitive information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or billing obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.

True Resume is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us through the product support path.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. If the changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the site or product.
